ACCESSIBILITY
At Unity United Church, we are committed to ensuring that everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and able to participate fully in our community life. Since 2014, we have made significant strides toward accessibility, making our building a welcoming space for all.
Our accessible main door provides entry directly to the middle floor, where guests can conveniently access the lift to reach the sanctuary upstairs or the lower level for events like Coffee Hour, potluck meals, and meetings. For those arriving by vehicle, three accessible parking spaces are located right beside the front door, ensuring ease of access from the moment you arrive. We also offer a fully accessible washroom equipped with a change table. During the service, we provide hearing assist devices for those who need them.
Whether you are visiting for worship, community events, fundraisers, or meetings, you can be assured that Unity United Church is fully accessible and inclusive, supporting the needs of all who enter our doors.
SANCTUARY
With its high vaulted wood-lined ceiling, beautiful bright windows, and peaceful atmosphere, the Sanctuary is a meaningful setting for Sunday services, weddings, baptisms, and celebrations of life. Seating up to 100 people, it is home to our piano and organ, features a modern audio/visual system, and is easily accessible by stairs or lift. The lovely bell tower adds to its charm, and the bell can be heard on Sunday mornings and on special occasions.
FELLOWSHIP HALL
Bright, welcoming, and well suited for gathering together, Fellowship Hall is a wonderful space for social events, potluck dinners, and fundraisers. With seating for up to 100 people, along with tables and chairs available, it offers a flexible setting for a variety of occasions. It is easily accessible by stairs or lift and is conveniently located beside our certified kitchen and the Sunshine Room when additional space is needed.

RENTALS
Unity United Church welcomes individuals, community groups, and organizations to rent our accessible facilities for weekly, monthly, or one-time events. Our building features a lift for easy access to all floors and a public health certified commercial kitchen available for your use. Rentals may include the sanctuary, kitchen, fellowship rooms, or any combination to suit your needs. Unity United Church features a spacious outdoor area and plenty of parking for all visitors. We also provide accessible parking, washrooms, and hearing assist devices. Applications and tours can be arranged through our office, with flexible options for catering and audio-visual equipment. We offer a warm, inclusive environment and are happy to accommodate a variety of gatherings. Please contact our office administrator for details or to start your rental application.
